OpenPeppol will hold the 13th General Assembly as an online meeting and will use the LUMI Technologies virtual GA and electronic voting software.
B. Registration and Participation Procdures
It is mandatory, if attending, to register for the 13th General Assembly. This is done by completing and sending the Registration Form by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than June 11th, 2021.
In the Registration Form you should indicate the Member organisation name, as well as information on the Participant - the person who will represent the Member in the General Assembly. First name, last name, email address and mobile phone number of the Participant must be provided. A link to the meeting will be provided in advance, after registration.
It is important to know that only one person per Member can have the right to vote. That person will need to be authorised by his/her organisation to vote on its behalf and declare it in the Registration Form. More persons from the same member organisation, without the right to vote, can participate by copleting Regisrtration Forms.

E. Elections and Candidates
A competitive election for a Managing Committee member representing the Service Providers and two Managing Commitee members representing the End Users, will take place as part of the 13th OpenPeppol General Assembly.
Regarding the open positions for the Secretary General, for a Managing Committee member representing Peppol Authorities, and for the Election Committee members representing Peppol Authorities and End Users, there is only one candidate for each position. The 13th General Assembly is invited to confirm the candidates in these positions.
