A. Schedule
Tuesday April 16th, 2024 (09:00 - 12:30 Brussels time)
OpenPeppol will hold the 17th General Assembly as an online meeting and will use the LUMI Technologies virtual GA and electronic voting software.
The Bureau (Secretary General, Scrutineer and Minute Taker) will be physically present at the central location hosted by BOSA (Simon Bolivarlaan 30, WTC III, 1000 Brussels, Belgium).
The Bureau will consist of Mr. André Hoddevik (Secretary General), Mr. Lefteris Leontaridis (Operations Manager), Mr. Dimitrios Prentzas (the meeting Scrutineer - to be confirmed by the GA) and Ms. Mairi Hayworth (the meeting Minute Taker - to be confirmed by the GA).
B. Registration and Participation Procedures
It is mandatory, if attending, to register for the 17th General Assembly. This is done by completing and sending the Registration Form by email to ga@peppol.eu, no later than April 12th, 2024.
In the Registration Form you should indicate the Member organisation name, as well as information on the Participant - the person who will represent the Member in the General Assembly. First name, last name and email address of the Participant must be provided.
Guidance about participation and interaction with the meeting, including the link to be used, will be provided in advance, to those who register.
It is important to know that only one person per Member can have the right to vote. That person will need to be authorised by his/her organisation to vote on its behalf and declare it in the Registration Form. More persons from the same member organisation, without the right to vote, can participate by completing Registration Forms.
C. Voting Procedures
There are two ways to cast your vote:
Vote online during the GA meeting.
Delegate your voting rights to a Proxy - by completing the Proxy Delegation Form and sending it by email to ga@peppol.eu, no later than April 12th, 2024.
