GA13 Participation and Voting Procedures

The following terms and conditions apply to the 13th OpenPeppol General Assembly:

1. Meeting format:

The 13th General Assembly will be conducted on June 15th, 2021 entirely online, without physical presence. The LUMI Technologies virtual GA and electronic voting software will be used.

2. Eligibility:

All Members admitted at present and until June 11th, 2021 are eligible to participate and vote. Observers can participate but not vote.

3. Registration:

In order to participate, members must complete and send the designated Registration Form.

In the Registration Form you should indicate the Member organisation name, as well as information on the Participant - the person who will represent the Member in the General Assembly. First name, last name, email address and mobile phone number of the Participant must be provided.

1. For a registration to be valid, the Registration Form must be completed and returned to ga@peppol.eu, no later than June 11th, 2021.

2. No member can participate and vote at the General Assembly without the submission of a Registration Form.

4. Participation:

A link to the meeting will be provided in advance, after registration.

5. Voting options:

There are two ways to cast your vote:

1. By voting in real time during the GA meeting.

2. By delegating your voting rights to a proxy - by completing and sending the Proxy Delegation Form by email to ga@peppol.eu, no later than June 11th, 2021.
