Information/Discussion items
Organisational topics
Discuss the exact schedule for upcoming meetings
Seong to schedule eDEC CMB meetings in Teams (Currently: UTC 6:30 CEST 8:30 SG: 14:30)
Proposed time: every second Thursday UTC 8:00, CEST 10:00, SG: 16:00 - starting from May 23th 2024
May 9th is a public holiday in many European Countries
General Assembly April 16th
Request for a separate open eDEC meeting similar to eDEC meeting
There are currently no plans to establish a separate eDEC public meeting and being part of the SPC meetings has been proven very valuable as the number of SPC participants is very high
It needs to be ensured, that the solution providers are invited to the SPC meetings
Topic related meetings are scheduled on demand - scheduled at least one month ahead of time
Tentative meeting on general eDEC updates in end of September - eDEC Forums - start with a trial version and see how it evolves
