GA16 Participation and Voting Procedures

The following terms and conditions apply to the 16th OpenPeppol General Assembly:

1. Meeting format:

The 16th General Assembly will be conducted on November 8th, 2023 entirely online, without physical presence of members. The LUMI Technologies virtual GA and electronic voting software will be used.

2. Eligibility:

All Members admitted at present and until November 3rd, 2023 are eligible to participate and vote. Observers can attend and follow the proceedings but cannot vote.

3. Registration:

In order to participate, members must complete and send the designated Registration Form.

In the Registration Form you should indicate the Member organisation name, as well as information on the Participant - the person who will represent the Member in the General Assembly. First name, last name and email address of the Participant must be provided.

  1. For a registration to be valid, the Registration Form must be completed and returned to ga@peppol.eu, no later than November 3rd, 2023.

  2. No member can participate and vote at the General Assembly without the submission of a Registration Form.

  3. Only one person per member organisation should have the right to vote on its behalf at the General Assembly.

  4. More than one person per member can attend the General Assembly, given that they submit a separate registration form.

4. Participation:

A link to the meeting will be provided in advance, after registration.

5. Voting options:

There are two ways to cast your vote:

  1. By voting in real time during the GA meeting.

  2. By delegating your voting rights to a proxy - by completing and sending the Proxy Delegation Form by email to ga@peppol.eu, no later than November 3rd, 2023.
