Status of the current development of the validation artifacts given by Georg
- Siw is acting as dev
- Martin is acting as tester
- Last Tuesday, the conclusion was that quality of the deliverables is not good enough to proceed with releasing according the agreed plan
- Main reasons are
  - Late arrival of the TC434 validation artefact deliverable
    - This created issues on our development
  - Automated tests are failing
    - Due to the new release of the TC434 validation artefact deliverable
    - Reported bugs
  - Testing period took longer than foreseen
    - Due to holiday period
    - Due to other priorities
In general the development has become more complex due to
- Layered approach adding complexity
  - TC434 layer
  - Country specific rules
Proposed solutions to better align the different layers are
- Share each others RC's
- Better align the release dates for all layers
- To be discussed at later stage.
