The meeting minutes of the previous meeting have been approved.
OO Time.
- RFC's brought forward by the OO have been discussed.
November 2024 release status.
- Normal BIS type docs mandatory date 17-02-2025.
- PINT type docs mandatory date 10-03-2025.
- Self-Billing BIS3 EU and PINT review sent out on 02-12-2024.
- Review until 13.01.2025.
- Publication Self-Billing EU delayed. OO will propose a new date.
- The CMB members approved unanimously to give highest priority to the publication.
- This may cause delay on the implementation of RFC's in de next release.
- The RFC's are rather improvements and not bound to legal obligations starting in multiple countries.
- Approval of the comment resolution will be done via mail.
- Publication and Release date Self-Billing PINT to be discussed including a migration plan if needed.
- A technical issue needs to be solved before publication of the Self-Billing PINT.
Country specific rules
- Allow Country specific rules for Self-Billing?
  - Wait for the PA's to come with a proposal.
- Replace Country specific rules in PINT style documents by National restrictions?
  - No decision yet.
