The meeting minutes of the previous meeting have been approved.
There are no pending topics on the bug list that need discussion now. Focus is on the optional hotfix release.
The release will have a new version number.
We agreed that from the next release onwards, we will publish a list of tools we used to test the releases. SP's that use other tools will have to make sure that the new version of the artefacts works in their environment.
We assume that we can not test against all types of tools and all versions.
The surveys we decided are not sent out yet due to other activities/priorities. It is important however to respect the new procedures as it was confirmed that the next May release will be made available under the new agreement.
It is therefore necessary to agree on a timeline of events to guarantee timely communication, consultation and delivery.
The BEAST project is ongoing. No specific issues to report.
The Advanced Ordering project has been launched. No specific issues to report. It is noted that a migration/use of UBL 2.3 shall be considered rather than 2.1 or 2.2. Given the backward compatibility, this should not be an issue.
MLR and IRM have been briefly discussed. Ahti and Simon will prepare the necessary documentation to be discussed in later CMB's.
The date for the next meeting is 2021-12-09 at 09.00 to 10.30. Focus of the next meeting will be the planning of the next May release.
