Approval of agenda and roll call

Agenda approved and attendance noted in attendance table.

Status of development.

  • Issues identified in the gap analysis have been aligned.
  • RFC’s that were agreed in the team discussion have been implemented.
  • Internal team review has been done and comments implemented.
  • New alignment issues have come up during the work
    • Some have been aligned
    • Some require discussion and agreement on approach, these include.
      • Further alignment of allowance/charge classes.
      • Code lists alignment, e.g. we have multiple action codes, there are challenges with UNSPSC item class codes.
      • Quantity vs price UoM in view of approach taken in EN invoice.
  • Schematron
    • Approach to development.
    • Resourcing of schematron work. We have not secured resources for this. Depends on approach.

It was an agreed in the meeting that we should not start the open review at this point.

Considering that the target publication date in the mandate is in September it will not be possible to finish before that date.

Planning and next steps

The following plan is proposed.

  • Initiate review and end of September for one month.
  • Resolve and adopt comments in November.
  • Publish by end of November.

Team will start weekly meetings at the same time as before, Wednesdays 14:00-16:00 CET.
