Should we create restriction on the ICD list for time identifiers
Background
The EN applies the ICD list as schema codes for most identifiers, both party identifiers and item identifiers and the full list is allowed. Since party identifiers are not applicable for item identifiers PEPPOL may want to create a suitable restricted list.
