Background
The team agreed that the work requires developing new schematron rules and updating existing ones. This is not specifically provided for in the mandate and resourcing. CMB needs to confirm that schematrons are in scope and will be resourced.

CMB meeting on 2018-03-07 Confirmed the team understanding that points 4 och 5 in the project mandate for the key tasks include modifying current schematrons as results from the alignment and to create new schematrons to enforce quality and new requirements.
