  • This BIS document describe the implementation of the Pre-award catalogue transaction using the UBL 2.1 Catalogue schema. This BIS explains how to use the UBL syntax to support the information transaction requirements.

  • This profile describes a process providing electronic messaging support for the business process of the subscription of an economic operator to a tendering procedure. This profile uses the following transactions:

• Call for tender / Procurement document access (P002)
  

  • This profile describes electronic messaging support for the business process of inviting all economic operators in the market to submit a tender for delivering products, services or works as part of the execution of the pre-award phase in a procurement process. In this profile most information about the Call for tenders is included in (unstructured) attachments. This profile uses the transaction:

• Tender submission (P003)
  • This profile describes electronic messaging support for the business process of submitting electronic tenders by an economic operator in response of a Call for Tenders.  This profile uses the following transactions:

• Message Level Response (BIS36)
  

  • A Messaging Level Response message can be used in the choreography of the exchange of a business document to improve reliability by allowing a receiver of a business document to inform the sender about the results of receivers validations and, in case of negative results, to inform the sender about the nature of the errors as well as their details. They may allow the sender of the document to take appropriate action. This profile uses the following transactions:
