Pre-award catalogue development

The pre-award catalogue will be sent on 2. review shortly. The goal is to get a high quality in the guide, so the service providers can implement the format in a costs efficiently way. The users will benefit from high quality in content.  PEPPOL BIS Pre-award catalogue xml can be used in a tree corner model if tender systems are compatible to the format. In a 4-corner model pre-award catalogue will be used together with BIS P003 - Tender submission
