2ii. Additional hard copy forms

Further hard copy forms that are required for the 12th OpenPeppol General Assembly and will need to be emailed to ga@peppol.eu prior to June 16, 2020 are detailed below.

The Belgian Royal Decree n°7 April 2020 stipulates two ways of voting in an online General Assembly. Members, therefore, must choose one of the two options listed below when they complete their Registration Form* and also fill in the relevant hard copy forms:

  • i. by selecting the option to complete a Voting Form (posted here) which contains all voting items on the agenda

  • ii. delegating their right to vote to a proxy by completing a Proxy Delegation Form (posted here)

E. Elections and Candidates

A competitive election for a Managing Committee member representing the Service Providers will take place as part of the 12th OpenPeppol General Assembly.

Regarding the open position for a Managing Committee member representing Peppol Authorities, there is only one candidate. The 12th General Assembly is invited to accept the candidate in this position.
