2024.08.07 review Policy for use of Identifiers v4.3.0

The eDEC Change Management Board has approved a new version of the Peppol Policy for use of Identifiers. The approval process requires a review by members. The Peppol Policy for use of Identifiers v4.3.0 is an update to v4.2.0 of said document and is published for review by OpenPeppol members.
It changes the semantics of the Document Type Identifier Scheme “peppol-doctype-wildcard” to include exact matching as well. This implies, that each document type in the eDEC code lists must choose exactly one Document Type Identifier Scheme to be used.
The deadline for commenting is 18 September 2024. Please use the commenting template and submit it via the OpenPeppol Service desk: https://openpeppol.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals (prefered to sending via email to: reviews@peppol.eu). Do not alter the template. Any altered template cannot be processed.
The document is provided in two versions: a) the source Word document in track changes mode and b) as a PDF document suitable for printing, with all changes accepted.
