Do all Service Providers have to report?

1. The requirement on reporting applies only to active Service Providers

What are active Service Providers?

1. Active Service Providers are Service Providers that have a Production Certificate and fullfill one or more of the following criterias:

   1. Sent documents via the Peppol Network

   2. Received documents via the Peppol Network

   3. Registered End Users with receiving capability in a SMP.
