Participation Procdures

It is mandatory, if attending, to register for the 12th 13th General Assembly. This is done by completing and sending the Registration Form by email to ga@peppol.eu, no later than June 11th, 2021.

In the Registration Form you should indicate the Member organisation name, as well as information on the Participant - the person who will represent the Member in the General Assembly. First name, last name and , email address and mobile phone number of the Participant must be provided. A link to the meeting will be provided in advance, after registration.

It is important to know that only one person per Member can be registered as a Participanthave the right to vote. That person will need to be authorised by his/her organisation to vote on its behalf and declare it in the Registration Form. More persons from the same member organisation, without the right to vote, can participate by copleting Regisrtration Forms.

C. Voting Procedures

There are two ways to vote, both remotely and in advance of the meeting. The Member's preference must be stated in the Registration Form.

cast your vote:

1. By voting in real time during the GA meeting.

2. By delegating your voting right rights to a proxy - as an exeption stipulated by emergency Belgian Law, there will be only one proxy for all Members choosing this option and this will be the Secretary General, Andre Hoddevik. This option must be provided as mandated by law, but Members do not need to use it unless they wish to. Voting by a Voting Form is perfectly fine.

E. Elections and Candidates

A competitive election for a Managing Committee member representing the Service Providers and two Managing Commitee members representing the End Users, will take place as part of the 12th 13th OpenPeppol General Assembly.

Regarding the open position positions for the Secretary General, for a Managing Committee member representing Peppol Authorities, and for the Election Committee members representing Peppol Authorities and End Users, there is only one candidate for each position. The 12th 13th General Assembly is invited to accept confirm the candidate candidates in this positionthese positions.

F. Informative Session to prepare for the GA

An informative session will be held in order to present the candidates for MC positions, explain the registration and participation process, and answer any Member questions.
