Tuesday June 16th, 2020 (09:00 - 11:00 CEST): 12th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly
Due to Covid-19 OpenPeppol have made the 12th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly an online meeting and are utilising the platform GoToWebinar to host this. For further background on this please see the Belgian Royal Decree n°4 - Background information on Covid-19 below.
Registration and joining details
In order to register for the GoToWebinar, you must first be registered with OpenPeppol.
Register with Peppol
The way to register with OpenPeppol is by emailing a completed hard copy Registration Form* (posted here) to ga@peppol.eu prior to June 16th, 2020.
Register with GoToWebinar
Once you have completed the Peppol registration, you will be forwarded a link which will direct you to short GoToWebinar registration page. Please fill in the details requested and submit the form, Members will then have the option to save the GoToWebinar in the electronic calendar of their choice (e.g. Outlook, Google, iCal).
Additional hard copy forms
Further hard copy forms that are required for the 12th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly and will need to be emailed to ga@peppol.eu prior to June 16, 2020 are detailed below.
The Belgian Royal Decree n°7 April 2020 stipulates two ways of voting in an online General Assembly. Members must choose one of the two options listed below when they complete their Registration Form* and fill in the relevant forms:
i. by selecting the option to complete a Voting Form (posted here)
ii. delegating their right to vote to a proxy by completing a Proxy Delegation Form (posted here)
