This is the period that must be reported on

What is the Statistics Report Submitting Period?
This is the period where the statistics report must be submitted.
When do I need to submit my reports?
The EUSR en TSR May be submitted as of calendar day 1 and must be submitted by calendar day 23 of the month following the Statistics Report period.
What is the Analytics period?
This is the period where the Peppol Authority reports are shown that are based on the received Statistics reports from the Service Providers.
What happens with reports that were submitted after calendar day 23?
The reports will not be processed. The Service Provider is considered non-compliant with the Reporting Policy.
Example:
The period to report statistics on End Users and Transactions is January. The Service Provider collects all the data by the end of January. Between 1 and 23 February the reports must be submitted to OpenPeppol.
Peppol Authorities will see the reports regarding their jurisdictions as of 25 February.
Reports that are submitted after 23 February will not be processed.
What does a Service Provider report when there is no transaction during a reporting period?
The Service Provider still has to submit the EUSR and TSR with the number of transactions, which is zero.
What happens if a Service Provider is non-compliant.
OpenPeppol will contact the Service Provider to discuss the situation and decide if a non-compliance procedure is initiated as stated in chapter 9 of the Internal regulations part ll.
