Thought is to have active WG participants and for instance a monthly feedback meeting for other members. Each facilitator will ask for the active members. Active members are asked for a (most likely) weekly (few/several hours) contribution and reporting back to Simon F.

Main question for the break out = what is your objective for the workgroup, what should be delivered, can you have a active role in the WG or just want to be informed? With this we will hopefully get a good total understanding of the actual needs.
