   2. Decision: It was agreed to use the "X.509 Certificate Subject X.500 Name" as the identifier of the SMP to redirect to. Will be part of the next round of eDEC specifications. The collection issue for this one is https://openpeppol.atlassian.net/browse/TICC-175.
