Peppol Agreements

The new Peppol Agreements were first approved (version 4.00) on 28 October 2021 and have been used throughout the re-signing period until 30 June 2022.

The latest version 4.0.1 of the new Peppol Authority Agreement and Service Provider Agreement contain error corrections and revised guidance in Annexess. The changes with respect to version 4.00 are purely editorial and do not affect the legal provisions they contain.

The Peppol agreements below are the current versions. These can be used for information and legal analysis. They will be used for new Service Providers and Peppol Authorities that join after July 2022. The PA Agreements and SP Agreements that have already been signed remain fully valid.
