Domain-Specific Requirements (Steering Committee Decision Brief)
describes the initial set of Domain-Specific Requirements enacted at launch of the Starting Environment. Chapter 2 and 3 are intended to be extracted and form the starting point of formal Domain-Specific Requirements. These DSR immediately follow the Change Management Process in the Incubation project to be refined as required.
