The 2018 Elections in the Communities cover:
- Election of a Pre-Award CC Leader
- Three members of the Post-Award CMB, (Two for the term of two years, and one for the term of one year)
- Two members of the Transport Infrastructure CMB, (both for the term of two years)
- Four members of the Pre-Award CMB, (2 for for the term of two years and one for the term of one year)

Timeline for the election:
The election of Change Management Board Members are made in conjunction with the OpenPEPPOL General Assembly, in the first Quarter of 2018.
- January 19th, 2018: A call for candidacies is published
- February 14th, 2018: Deadline for submitting Candidates
- February 21st, 2018: The list of Candidates is published
- March 14th, 2018: Deadline for submitting the vote
- March 20th,, 2018: Publication of the result
The vote will be made electronically, with one vote per organisation registered as member of the respective community in the OpenPEPPOL member list: http://peppol.eu/who-is-who/openpeppol-member-list-2/
