1. Schedule
Tuesday June 16th, 2020 (09:00 - 11:00 CEST): 12th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly
Due to Covid-19 OpenPeppol have made the 12th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly an online meeting and are utilising the GoToWebinar platform GoToWebinar to host this. For further background on this please see the Belgian Royal Decree n°4 - Background information on Covid-19 below.

2. Registration and joining details
In order It is mandatory to register for the GoToWebinar, you must first be registered with OpenPeppol for the 12th OpenPEPPOL 12th General Assembly.
Register with Peppol
The way to register with OpenPeppol is by emailing a completed hard copy Registration Form* (posted here) to ga@peppol.eu prior to June 16th, 2020.
Register with GoToWebinar
Once you have completed the Peppol registration, you will be forwarded a link which will direct you to a short GoToWebinar registration page. Please fill in the details requested and submit the form, Members will then have the option to save the GoToWebinar in the electronic calendar of their choice (e.g. Outlook, Google, iCal).This is done by completing and sending the Registration Form by email to ga@peppol.eu.
In the Registration Form you shoould indicate the Member organisation name, as well as information on the Participant - the person who will represent the Member n the General Assembly, First name, last name and email address of the Partiipant must be provided.
It is important to know that only one person per Member can be registered as a Participant. That person will need to be authorised from his/her organisation to vote on its behalf
3. Voting
There are two ways to vote, both remotely and in advance of the meeting. The Member;s preference must be stated in the Registration Form.
By voting Form - if you choose this option a Voting Form will be sent to you with instructions.
By delegating your voting right to a proxy - for this General Assembly, as an exeption stipulated by emergency Belgian Law, there will be only one proxy for every Member choosing this option and this will be the
