The following terms and conditions apply to the 14th 15th OpenPeppol General Assembly:
1. Meeting format:
The 14th 15th General Assembly will be conducted on April 5thJune 8th, 20222023 entirely online, without physical presence. The LUMI Technologies virtual GA and electronic voting software will be used.
2. Eligibility:
All Members admitted at present and until April 1stJune 6th, 2022 2023 are eligible to participate and vote. Observers can participate but not vote.
3. Registration:
In order to participate, members must complete and send the designated 
Registration Form.
In the Registration Form you should indicate the Member organisation name, as well as information on the Participant - the person who will represent the Member in the General Assembly. First name, last name and email address of the Participant must be provided.

No member can participate and vote at the General Assembly without the submission of a Registration Form.
4. Participation:
A link to the meeting will be provided in advance, after registration.
