Hi team,
This RFC proposes the addition of a new document type, MaintenanceStatus (Onderhoudsstatus) from the DICO standard to the Peppol network. The "MaintenanceStatus" message which belongs to the "Onderhoudsberichten" set, enables real estate entities like housing corporations or VVEs (Association of Owners) and maintenance companies to transmit maintenance status messages to each other. This RFC aims to extend the already approved pilot program to assess the efficiency and reliability of exchanging "Maintenance" documents.
The original RFC should have included this document type. Unfortunately the requester forgot to mention this. Therefore I have set the priority to “Highest” hoping it won’t take too much time before this document can also be approved.
Similar to the MaintenanceInstruction, this document is NOT a UBL.
For the codelist please follow the MaintenanceInstruction identifier structure so it is similar.
