Mandate

“Feasibility study for the migration to a federated SML environment”

Objective

Evaluation of technical feasibility of option D for a

“Federated” SML i.e. distributed SML registration and/or distributed DNS Domain.

First stage required to validate our assumptions and provide data for future pilots

Proof of Concept:

· Value: Give learnings to a future Architecture.

· Might not have enough characteristics and functionality to give Business value.

· Project managed i.e. limited formalized Governance and Management established.

Test Pilot:

· Value: Test, as minimum, an MVP Architecture.

· Project oriented i.e. limited established Governance and Management.

Production Pilot:

· Value: testing Business value through production of, at least an MMP Architecture.

· Governance and Management established.

· Not full scale e.g. on limited number of participants, limited number of transactions, data etc.

Production:

· Value: Business value through production of, at least an MMP Architecture.

· Governance and Management established.

· Full scale.
