Main discussions in the meeting.

• Intensive discussion around Peppol Network changes and BIS3 and AS4 migration. Where the non-compliance of different service providers was discussed. It was proposed that certification of the Access Points should be more concrete and it should happen more often - at least after every big change and update. Periodical certification was also under discussion

• Discussion around Oxalis versions and an idea if OpenPeppol Association should have a recommended software library for the Access Points. There was a common feeling that a need for so called “official interoperability library” is there.

• Discussion around new agreement structure.
