Evaluation and update on RFcs proposed by eTendering/release wg:

• On the Rfc 25 –Siw presents the assessment prepared on "Adding Receiver Party to Call for Tender" and the possible options.

By evaluating each approach proposed, due to the time limits and resource constraints for the implementations, the CMB decides to adopt 1° option: the Alignment towards T005 and other pre award documents . As the quickest solution, still the gap in information between the two domains will then continue. Therefore the preferred solution on the longer term is to align all transactions against post award, to ensure consistent information between the two domains
and this will need a major release.

• Rfcs 13 and 15 – still pending from CEF consortia feed back, in the absence of a return the CMB will decide on the basis of current solutions proposed, at next CMB netcall scheduled for the 26 of june.
