Outstanding and new issues:

Agenda:

• Evaluation and approval on RFcs proposed by eTendering/release wg
  • As a stable methodology:
    • CMB agrees on having a member from the Developing Testing Team at netmeetings to provide necessary insights. Isabella will ask OO for a specific resource on the task.

[Soren] : Consensus from Dev Team is expected on each RFS recommendation and resolution. When it can't be reached, it is expected enough info are offered to CMB to take a decision.
The following list of RFCs and resolutions proposed are evaluated and or Approved as follows by CMB:

• "PRACC 13 – Provide suggestion from Jerry Dimitriou to be evaluated by CMB

• Isabella will follow up on receiving feedback on the 13,15,20 RFCS from Jerry in order to progress and report the outcome in the netcall minutes. This also with regards to the timeline for the Cef calls.

AOB:

• To schedule regular monthly net meetings, suggestion is for the first Tuesday of the Month;
• N ext meeting is scheduled for June 11, at h. 12.00 CET.
• Jan Maroe provides the CMB with that news that ESPD EHF 1.2 version is ready and offers it to CMB's evaluation and public consultation to the community.
• Soren Pedersen informed the CMB regarding the task assigned to consultancy on a preliminary study on ecatalogue, in order to define a possible scope and mandate for a new PRACC catalogue WG.
• Isabella will follow up on the reference person from the EU Publication office on the work to be done on the maintenance activity for ESPD 2.0 specs.
