The internal regulations on the Use of the Peppol Network were first approved for implementation by the Managing Committee in on 16 November 16, 2021 (v1.
The policies contained in the IR are in effect as of 16 November 2021, except for three policies. The following policies are in effect as of 1 July 2022:
Entity Identification Policy
Information Security Policy
The Data Usage and Reporting Policy is suspended until further notice.0).
Since then, experience gained through the implementation of the Policies led to the realization that certain provisions could not be applied as of 1 July 2022, as previously foreseen. This led to the revision of the Internal Regulations after discussions and approval at the APP CMB and final decision by the Managing Committee.
The latest version of the internal regulations on the Use of the Peppol Network inclues the following changes:
Data Usage and Reporting Policy - applicability postponed, date to be set in the future
Semantic versioning Annex - applicability postponed, date to be set in the future
