The internal regulations on the The initial version of the OpenPeppol Internal Regulations Part II - Use of the Peppol Network were was approved for implementation by the Managing Committee in on 16 November 16, 2021 (v1.0).

The policies contained in the IR are in effect as of 16 November 2021, except for three policies. The following policies are in effect as of 1 July 2022:

• Entity Identification Policy

• Information Security Policy

The Data Usage and Reporting Policy is suspended until further notice.Based on RFCs received, a revised version was provided for member review during the summer of 2023. Having considered all comments received, the APP CMB provided an updated document for approval by the MC. The MC approved the version of the OpenPeppol Internal Regulations Part II - Use of the Peppol Network (version 2.0.0) on November 29, 2023. This version introduce changes to the following policies:

• Change Management Policy

• Data Collection, Reporting and Usage Policy

• PA Specific Requirements

• Removal of the Semantic versioning Annex

Details on changes implemented can be found in the supporting Release Notes.

As per the approved Migration Plan, version 2.0.0 takes effect on the date of publication.
