WAITING CMB DECISION	RFC is awaiting a decision from the Change Management Board to be accepted or rejected.
RFC ACCEPTED	RFC has been accepted for further processing.
RFC REJECTED	RFC has been rejected and will not be pursued further.
UNDER MEMBER REVIEW	RFC is currently under review by the members.
AWAITING SECOND CMB DECISION	RFC is awaiting a decision from the Change Management Board after member review.
ADDED TO RELEASE	RFC changes have been approved and added to the release
