For PKI Certificate renewals, an updated Annex 1 document needs to be completed and sent (along with a copy of your company registration document) in your request through the Jira Service Desk. Please change the word 'Template in the document name (that you save to your own system) when saving the document. Also please remember to pay particular attention to section 4.6 of the document - as the cell phone number you provide there will be used to send the PIN code and the email address you provide will be used to send the link and enrolment guide.
