The purpose of the pre-study is to examine if it is feasible to develop Peppol BIS eForms for publishing notices. Peppol BIS eForms will help standardise implementation of eForms in tender management systems, make it easier for economic operators to find new business opportunities which in turn can increase number of tenders for contracting authorities..
As eForms is governed by DG Grow and the Publication Office it will be essential to align the initiative in the working group with the work being done by the Publication Office. Furthermore, the work as to be aligned with national tailoring of eForms done by EU member states.
